Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For Enterprise plans, we also support invoicing and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You get full access to all features in your chosen plan during the trial period. We'll send you a reminder email three days before your trial ends.
When your trial ends, you'll be asked to add a payment method to continue using the service. Your data and settings will be preserved for 30 days, giving you time to decide. If you choose not to subscribe, you can export your data at any time during that window.
We offer a 50% discount on all plans for registered nonprofit organizations. Contact our sales team with proof of your nonprofit status and we'll apply the discount to your account. Educational institutions also qualify for special pricing.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings page. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees, and you can export all your data before your account is deactivated.
